One of my favorite parts of this business is crafting handmade soap gifts to be given as perfect gift with love from one person to another. I care deeply about crafting high quality, all-natural skin care products that are packaged beautifully. I use only the highest quality ingredients and carefully craft gentle products for daily use. 

As you may already know, this business began years ago when I began making skin care products for my three girls. Our children have very sensitive skin, and I was not a fan of putting products on their skin with questionable ingredients. I honestly found it very hard to find completely natural self care products. 

I started this journey by whipping up all-natural body butter scented with natural oils to care or their sensitive skin types and eczema-prone skin. Our family loved it so much that I continued making our skincare for years, which then expanded into making and gifting for friends.  After being encouraged by friends and family that our homemade skincare was a product worth sharing, Smith Farmhouse Co. (body care company) was born!

They are made in small batches using cold process method to retain purity and potency of organic and natural ingredients. Our products are only scented with all natural essential oils and colored with natural colorant.
